Products availability
Quantities of products are updated automatically. Please check before confirming the order the availability of the products in your order. In case one or more products are not available, the shipping of the entire order will be done when all the products in your order will become available. Contact us anyway in case of problems.
Discount Coupons and promotional codes
Sometimes could happen that you got a promotional code. The conditions at which the discount is applied are intented as explained in the instructions includes with the same discount coupon.
Payment and shippings
It is up to you to choose from the shipment and payment options present on our site. We try to give all options that are possible, but only the methods present are feasible. The prices are as pubblished on the site, until modified.
Paypal
Paying with paypal now is even more simple. Thancks to new technologies and the unending collaboration with paypal, you can now pay through paypal's secure server with your credit or prepayed card without having a paypal account. The creation of the account with paypal is up to you but is not mandatory.
Acceptance of orders
Orders will be binding for us only if you receive a confirmation e-mail that the order process has been completed regularly: payment has been authorized and products are in stock. Print out the e-amil and keep it. If you don't receive any confirmation e-mail, please, contact us.
Reverting back the goods
As per italian law n. 185/99 you have the right to revert back the goods without loss in 10 working days from the day you receive the goods. All you have to do is to tell us you want to revert back the goods and tell how you want your money back, with a registered letter (with confirmation of receipt).
Under the same 10 days you have to send the goods back, undamaged and in their original packing. The shipment is under your responsibility. When we will receive the goods we will give the money back. Anyway, please contact us before making any decision.
Guarantee and assistance
All our products are free from defects. In case you find a defect, please contact us promptly, in not more than 8 days, with a registered letter (with confirmation of receipt).

Applicable laws
